Our professional, forward thinking approach to process serving contributes to our exceptional success rate.

The majority of process servers charge a fee to visit one property one to three times. As you may know, this limits

the possibility of successful service. At URBS, we start with basic research on the Respondent once a case is received.

As standard practice, we attend multiple properties if required. If a Respondent is proving difficult to locate, we discretely attempt to gain insight into their routine or movements. We understand that this level of service requires unsociable hours, weekends, and holidays. We realise many documents that require personal service are time sensitive. We are happy to collect documents from court, email, or post. We make our first attempt of service within 24 hours of instruction in every case.

We are happy to assist you with any document that requires personal service. We accept LSC work invoiced at the current mileage and hourly rate. Fixed fees can be negotiated for regular work.
